Bar Trailer (Rental)
You May rent our Bar Trailer for your event and provide your own alcohol to be served at the event.
- Service of alcoholic beverges must be permited at the location by the property owner and local laws!
- You must provide all aplicable licensing and insurance requirements!
- You may not charge for or sell the alcoholic beverages without a Valid NY State Liquor License!
- You must provide all the alcoholic beverage for the event!
- Our Liquor License and Liquor Liability Insurance will not apply any coverage for the event!

Frequently asked questions
Will the Bar Trailer be delivered & set up?
Yes, we deliver the bar trailer to your location, set up the power, deck, steps, railings & awning at the pre-arranged time scheduled for your event. We will retrieve the trailer after the conclusion of your event!
How many guests can the Bar Trailer accommodate?
The bar Trailers is spacious and well equipped to accommodate 3-4 Bartenders and can easily serve hundreds of guests. The drinks selections and style of service (open bar or cash bar will affect the speed of service accordingly)
Is the Bar area covered?
The bar is fully enclosed inside the trailer, the exterior patio is covered with an extendable awning to protect your guests from inclement weather and provide shade.
How long does the Bar Serve?
Generally the bar services are staffed for 2, 4, or 5 hour shifts, based on the package chosen. You may extend or adjust the length of service with proper notice, and You will be billed per additional hour for each Staff Member!
Can I provide my own beverages and alcohol?
You may rent the bar trailer for your event without us providing the bar or beverage services.
- You must have permission from or be the property owner of the location where you intend to set up and serve. (i.e. You must own the property or secure written permission from the owner or entity)
- You must secure and provide all the required licenses and permits necessary to serve alcohol legally (i,e. NY SLA Temporary beer & wine permit etc.)
- You must take responsibility to follow all local and state laws applicable to serving alcoholic beverages at the location you are setting up to serve. (i.e. legal drinking age, over serving etc.)
- You must provide all liability insurance coverage required.
- If you own the property check with your homeowners insurance agent
- If you dont own the propert check into 1 day event insurance policy
What about bartenders?
For all fully serviced or catered events, RGI Catering Inc will provide trained and certified bartending staff to serve your guests!
For Rental only events, you are responsible to provide or hire the appropriate bartending staff needed for your event
We can assist with hiring bartenders or a bartending service for your event!
